What we do
The National Board for Modern Psychotherapy was primarily set up to increase the public’s awareness of Modern Psychotherapy and its associated benefits.
Modern Psychotherapists use the best available resources, including the latest understandings of the brain, the use of hypnosis, CBT, SFBT, NLP, Mindfulness and measured outcomes for each session.
Many of the Modern Psychotherapists are part of a research program designed to help increase their understanding and performance of therapy. We also provide information and advice to qualified therapists and those who are currently training.
On this Web site you will find a description of what Modern Psychotherapy is all about as well as the NBMP Register, a list of all member therapists who practise modern Psychotherapy, including their qualifications, location, contact details; and the individual’s background.
We hope you find this website informative and if you have any queries then please do make contact using the ‘Contact’ tab on the right of the menu at the top of the page.
